After purchasing this 1980s home, these homeowners wanted a more open floor plan and a layout that better suited their lifestyle. By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, we created a brighter, more connected living area ideal for everyday life and entertaining. The former formal dining room was reimagined as a comfortable sitting room that takes full advantage of the sweeping vineyard views.

To strengthen the connection between indoors and out, we installed a bi-fold window that opens directly from the kitchen to the deck and grilling area, creating an easy flow between the interior and exterior spaces. The primary suite was relocated to the main floor, allowing for a spacious bedroom, a generous walk-in closet, and a primary bathroom designed for comfort and ease.
